Eden Hall Wines are made from premium fruit from the Avon Brae vineyard.
Avon Brae is nestled in the rolling hills of the Eden Valley where the vines enjoy
a long, cool ripening period.

David and Mardi Hall purchased the Avon Brae property with its historic homestead in 1996. The property dates back to the 1840's when the Eden Valley was first settled.

Eden Valley is regarded by many as "the jewel in the crown" of the Barossa Valley.

The Avon Brae plantings include the red varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon
(13 hectares), Shiraz (5.75 hectares), Merlot (0.95 hectares) and Cabernet Franc (0.5 hectares) and the white varieties of Riesling (9.25 hectares) and
Viognier (2.85 hectares).

From the Avon Brae vineyard the very best parcels of fruit are reserved for picking at optimum flavour to be made into wine under the Eden Hall label.
